AUTOMATIC CONTINUOUS FRYERMODEL SMF 150, complete set.The heating system is realized trough heat exchanger out side of the set coupled to the fryer for the security oil heating system. The serpentine tub heated by a gas burner and the oil is passing trough serpentine tubing into the heat exchanger. The heated oil comes back to the fryer tank as a closed circuit keeping the ideal oil hotness level for each product Horizontal superior conveyor system to convey the frying potatoes slices and pellets submerged into the hot oil and the same used for fried products outlet.The frying time is adjustable between 10, 40 seconds realized by speed electronic device coupled to conveyor sector.Automatic gas burner with electronic switch (turn on, turn off) and security sensors.The frying is adjustable and commanded by automatic sensors also with digital indicator for sight of the temperature levels.Thermal isolation made in silicate of calcium for the best protection from temperature looseness.The finishing external quality is build in brushed stainless steel.The plate is removable and configured in three different parts for easy cleanness and also to convey the frying vapors covering all frying area.Suspension of all frying conveyor system is motorized and controlled manually by bottom localized in electrical panel.The equipment is completely manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.
