Description of automatic rewinding and punching M/C: This automatic rewinding punching machine is a medium and high class toilet rollsprocessing equipment which is designed in accordance with the needs of the marketand integrates the advantages of the economy, practical operation and high efficiency.The whole machine adopts PLC programming, frequency conversion speed, two or threeunwinding stands, two wide feeding belts and the independent buffering cylinder.It is also equipped with the several adjustable arc shape rubber rollers so asto adjust the parent roll and remove the wrinkles. A couple of paper cores canbe placed at one time and the position of the paper core can be adjusted. Rollswith different paper core sizes can be produced. It achieves automatic trimmingwith ends, features tidy trimming and leaves 5-15mm ends in the end trimming position.The flat belt, synchronic belt and chains are used for the transmissionsystem. The transmission is stable.
