BK-100 Characteristics:BK-100 organically rheological additives is a new style product with easily dispersing,no bug dust input. It is for low, middle and high polarity systems. It canbe dispersed without polar activator and high-shear mixers. It is special easydispersion in styrene and alcohol solvents and has ideal thickening and rheologicalproperties.Specifications:Appearance: white, free-flowing powderGranularity (Bulk density: 180kg/m3 approx.Volatiles (at 105oC, 2hrs): ≤ 4%Main applications:BK-100 is suitable for solvent based paints and coatings, adhesives, sealants asthickener rheological additives for resin and oil-based well drilling slurry asthixotropic agent. It is more suitable than gas SiO2 in unsaturated resin and epoxyresin systems. It can obviously decrease the cost and improve thixotropic effect.BK-100 can be added in any step without polar activator. The disperse speedexceeds 400r/min. It can also be into pre-gel in styrene, xylene, 200# and theother mixed solvent. The input of BK-100 is 0.2-0.6% of all systems.
