1.The transmission of X/Y axis is operated manually, with the threadless screw and express mechanism, the overall transmission is smoother. 2.The video display system comes with CCD CAMERA at an ultra high resolution of 410,000 pixels. 3.The magnification for the U.S. NAVITAR lens is 0.7X~4.5X zoom, and the enlargement magnification is in the range of 28X~180X. 4.The measurement is based on an electronic cross hair generator with automatic tracing ability, which increase the precision of measurement and keep the inaccuracy at a minimum level. 5.The U.S. Acu-Rite linear scale is applied with resolution of 0.001mm (optional with linear scale at 0.0005mm); since the linear scale is not easily influenced by ambient temperature, the dimension measured is very accurate. 6.The platform and main shaft of this machine are completely made of granite, so it lasts longer and keeps better precision compared with normal machines with steel since granite has advantages of higher hardness, wear-resistance and deformation free.
