Equipped with two photo cells, this machine can produce simultaneously two line printing bags. Equipped with one photo cell, the machine can produce one line printing bags Equipped with automatic pneumatic-hydraulic puncher, saving power and low noise. Connected with sealing and cutting machine, it will convey well-folded bags in specific quantity to punch automatically. It saves time and labor cost. Adopting up and down heating device for sealing knife providing superior straight accuracy for bottom sealing. Tension-free device to upgrade sealing security. Components self-testing function. Servo motor control minimizes length tolerance ensure high efficiency and accuracy. Automatic electronic control. Using Plugging type IC circuit for easy replacement. Using Germany made high-sensitivity photo device which can catch printing precisely. Main machine is controlled and driven by AC motor with inverter, no adjustment is required and easy to operate. The machine will stop automatically when (1) the bags become jammed or overlapped (2) the film is in inaccurate position (3) temperature is too low Great stability and continuous high speed to increase efficiency. Optional Equipment Servo motor system or Electromagnetic clutches and brakes is available. Application This machine is designed for making T-shirt bags.
