Since the outer pot is made of glass, it can break on impact; therefore, do not scrub it with bare hands. To prevent the stainless steel ball from becoming stuck, position the inner cup upside down after washing. If the stainless steel ball becomes stuck, please turn the inner cup, reach in from the bottom, and push it gently with your finger until it can move smoothly.
