UV Absorber

Richvin 327 should be valuable as alight protective agent for polyolefins and cold- cured polyester resin. A percentage of 0.2%-1.0% of Richvin 327 is recommended for protection. Light stability of polymer can be further enhanced by use of a phenolic antioxidants (e.g. Richnox 1010 and Richnox 1076) and a hindered amine light stabilizer (e.g. Richvin 770 and Richvin 944) in the combination with Richvin 327. Most significant is the excellent wash fastness of Richvin 327 compare to other UV absorbers commonly used. For example, five to ten folds of Richsorb BP-4 will be extracted out from monofilaments made of PP by hot detergent washing compared to Richvin 327.
