Through their 65kV and 95kV tubes they can perform BGA components analysis, bump and any other detail measurement. An advanced software with many filters, helps even the less experienced operator to check a wide range of components recognizing every kind of process defects. Spot of 0,8mm and 0,6mm give resolutions of 5 pair of lines/mm and 9 pair of lines/mm, capable to identify really small defects. A big working area, 500x420mm, assures the inspection of the majority of electronic boards and components positioned on specific trays.
