FOAMING MACHINE
(1) BATTENTION G 1. Connecting hose from compressor to the foaming barrel, the hose internal diameter should be at least ?p7.5 P Aand the compressor should have at least 1.5 HP. 2. Air pressure adjusting valve should set the air pressure between 3 4 kgf/ P2. 3. Water and saponin ratio do not exceed 1 G140 C 4. Internal diameter of foaming hose should larger than ?p13 P C 5. When pour the saponin into foaming barrel, must turn off the compressor before open the saponin inlet, and do not face to the inlet, to avoid the danger. (2) BFOAMING MACHINE OPERATION MANUAL G 1. Pour the water and saponin into the barrel. 2. Connect the foaming hose and the foaming gun. 3. Connect the hose from compressor to the barrel. 4. Adjusting the pressure valve to 3 4 kgf/ P2 C 5. Try the foaming gun. Should working well at this stage. (3) BMAINTENANCE G 1. Adjusting the air pressure valve every 3 months, turn it to left and right for few circles then adjust it to 3 4 kgf/ P2 Ato ensure the sensitivity of the valve. 2. Wash inside the barrel every 3 months. 3. Should pull the safety unloading valve few times every month, to check whether safety unloading valve work properly or not, to ensure the safety.
