Higher color temperature Galaxy HID generates higher color temperature up to 4,000K (Kelvin); higher color temperature doesn t mean brighter light, the most comfortable color temperature for human eyes is 4,000K, which is the most similar color temperature to midday sunlight, can reduce driver s eyes asthenopia while driving in night time, improve driving safety. 3. Five times product life Halogen bulbs last only 500 hours lifetime, which is approximately the 1/5 of Galaxy HID, generates light by creating an electrical discharge between 2 electrodes within an arc tube. The arc tube is sealed in a glass jacket to filter ultraviolet emissions. A revolutional electronic ballast ignites and sustains the arc completes the system, can last up to 2,500 hours product life in average. 4. 50% power consumption Halogen bulbs consump 55W (Watts) while working, Galaxy HID only consumps 35W under the same conditon with halogen, saving power also means saving your valuable cost.
