Forever SIPs is an incredible framing alternative to traditional brick or lumber. Builders are saving construction time and money. It is sandwich panel with skin board and insulation core. There are three boards available for skin, they are: Magnesium Oxide board (MGO board), Fiber cement board(FC board) and Oriented Strand Board (OSB board). And two rigid insulation cores: Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and Extruded Polystyrene (XPS). Forever SIPs can be used for exterior wall, interior wall, roof and floor. Other characteristics:1. Light weight --- 30% to 60% weight of brick wall2. Energy saving--- 80% energy saving in comparison of traditional brick wall3. Install easily--- It can be glued and nailed, a 25meters wall can be installed within 1.5 hours4. Environmental---100% asbestos-free, no harmful materials5. Fire proof---Class A1 fireproof in facing plate and flame resistant in core material6. Heat resistant---R-value for 120mm is about 18.7. Water proof ---Not affected during rainy season or humid air8. Sound insulation--- 90mm thick wall insulate 43db noise volume.
