Implantable access port systems
ZS series implantable port is consisting of a portal and a catheter. Accessories include a Huber needle, an introducer kit, vascular hook, spanner and three-way stopcock. It includes venous, arterial and peritoneal types. The portal is made of Polysulphone, which is non-magnetic. The puncture septum is made of silicone, and it is specially structured, which enhances the puncture-durability. The septum can be punctured up to 2000 times with the non-coring special puncture needle. The catheter is made of Polyurethane. The arterial catheter is designed with slit valve to prevent refluence and also it has distal fixation rings and radiopaque calibration markings on its surface. Huber needles exhibit a unique bevel at the tip. This prevents punch defects of the septum when the needle is advanced. Introducer kit consists of a guide wire, a dilator, a peel-away sheath, and puncture needle. It can allow earlier entrance to the vasculature and own smooth transition and easy removal for greater patient comfort.
