The grinding of needles can be finished with one-time fixture. 2. The tailstock returns and the needle rotates by 90%26deg;and the four surfaces are grinded. 3. The conicity of the needle and space can be adjusted. 4. The sliding plate is fixed with repair knife of grinding wheel, so the repairs and maintenance are easy to achieve. 5. When grinding, the needle can be moved up and down. Turn the handle clockwise and move the needle upward. Turn the needle counterclockwise and move the needle downward.
