First, we open the desired bale which for example is Sweaters then we inspect and thoroughly check to make sure we get the best pieces. Second, a group of employees check the clothing inside out to make sure there are no holes, no stains, and no missing buttons. Third, the inspected clothing is placed on a separate table to then be placed on a machine where they insert metal hangers and nylon wrap. Fourth, this is now the last step. The clothes are ready for packing; employees are taking the ready clothing and placing them in a strong, durable carton. Then they are sealed with strong tape and labeled with item number on the side. After all the cartons are ready, we then palletize compare to each order or we hand stack a container or trailer for large orders.
