Vacuum Actuator

When the ignition is switched on to start the engine and the Air-Conditioner is turned on, the Vacuum Actuator will adjust the rotary speed of engine to 60-100 RPM for the purpose of protecting the compressor. When the Air-Conditioner is turned off, the rotary speed will return back to normal.The Solenoid Valve is an electromechanical device that controls the flow of air. The electrical device causes a current to flow through a coil located on the solenoid valve. This current flow results in a magnetic field which causes the displacement of the Actuator. The valve then changes state by either opening or closing, to allow the air to either flow through or be blocked by the Solenoid valve. Inside the valve, a spring is used to return the actuator and valve back to their resting state when the current flow is removed. One way Valve connects the Solenoid Valve with Intake Manifold to control the one way flow of air and can prevent the air from flowing backwards.
