Dumbbell Heating Elements

Dumbbell heating elements consist of a hot zone with high electrical resistivityand are rigidly connected with two thickened cold ends of low resistance owingto their larger diameter and special manufacturing technique. The particularconnecting technique ensures perfect mechanical and electrical operation. Thehot zones and cold ends are made of exceptionally homogeneous, self-bondedsilicon carbide.Dumbbell heating elements are manufactured in a range of 8 to 45mm in hotzone diameter, 150 to 3,000mm in hot zone length and 300 to 4,500mm in totallength. The heating rods are self-supported and can be installed vertically orhorizontally. The tables list standard rod dimensions.If necessary, rods with other hot zone and / or cold end lengths can bemanufactured upon customer`s requests.Packing: export package
