Hgz Vertical Self-sunction Chemical Pump
HGZ vertical self-suction chemical pump means the vertical single-stage and single-suction internal-mix centrifugal pump, which is used to convey corrosive liquid. A certain amount of solid is installed in the pump. When the pump is started, due to the rotation of the impeller, the air absorbed into the pipe can be fully mixed with the liquids, and discharged to the air-water separation room. The air can be overflowed from the upper room and the liquid can return to the entrance of the pipe, then they can be mixed with the remaining air, until all the air has been exhausted. This pump features high efficiency, energy conservation, reliable performance, compact structure, good self-suction and balanced operation. It can also operate normally when water supply stops occasionally. The temperature of the conveyed solids is -20~200°C. When the temperature of conveyed liquids is higher than 90°C, recycling cooling liquids (water or medium with normal temperature) can be injected to the pump covers, so as to reduce the mechanical seal temperature. It is applicable to chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and environmental protection fields, or places for conveying other liquids requiring self-suction.
