Fermentor
Fermentors are the bio-reactive equipment for microbe cultivation. In thefermentors, various microbes will grow, have metabolism, and generatefermentative products under proper environment. The fementors now havebeen extensively used in the industries of enzyme preparation, antibiotics, monosodium glutamate, citric acid, solvent, pharmacies, food, etc. Fementorsfall into two categories: one is conical container for anaerobic fermentation(i.e. alcohol fermentation) and the other is pot container for aerobic fermentation(i.e. standard and air lift). Among all of these equipment, the standard potcontainer is the most prevalent. The fermentor series we have designedare the standard ones. During the design of fermentors of various specifications,we focus on the structure, durability and service life, smooth interior surfaceand no dead angle. Moreover, the vessels have enough heat exchangesurface, which leads to high heat and mass transfer rates and ensuresthat the fermentation can be done under the most appropriate temperature.
