Full ceramic bearing is non-magnetic, non-conductive, wear and corrosion resistant. It runs smoothly without oil or grease, which means nearly no maintenance is required during working. It is especially suitable for low and high temperature usage. At present, full ceramic bearing has been applied in chemical, metallurgical, food, electronic and other industry. Full ceramic bearing made with Si3N4have some better performance than ZrO2, for example, can endure higher temperature.Zirconia materials made by Shanghai Unite Technology Co., Ltd. have fine crystalline and density higher than 6.05g/cm3. Thus the full ceramic bearing has specially excellent combined performance, especially the corrosion resistance. Full ceramic bearing is not suitable for high speed operation.We produce 6000 series and UC series full ceramic bearings. We also produce full ceramic bearings without retainer.Ceramic ball bearing is also called hybrid bearing.
