Cold/ Hot Air Isolation Door
Main features of isolation door structure:1. The door board is opened, closed and locked under electrical interlocking control. When the air channel is closed (press the button to close the door), the start-up/shut-off cylinder pushed the door to move. After the door is closed to its position, the locking cylinder activates the linking rod and sets cam mechanism in motion to lock the door board tightly, so that the high-temperature proof seal packing on the board touches the door holder closely, achieving a flow of medium in the isolated air channel. When the air channel is open (press the button to open the door), the start-up/shut-off cylinder pushes the linking rod and sets the cam mechanism in motion to release the door board. After the board is open to its position, the start-up cylinder moves the door board, achieving a flow of medium in the air channel2. The seal packing for the door board is made of high-temperature proof and stone-ground metal wire coils that are excellent sealants and have a high durability. The packing is loaded onto the sealing surface of the door board to keep the board sealed3. Maintenance hole is designed and used for repair outside the air channel and replacing the seal packing on the door board4. The guide rail on the door board is in optimal design, which reduces the amount of dust deposit and failure frequency during operation5. Remote interface is reserved on the local control box of isolated door to facilitate centralized control6. An air-tight interface G1/2 is reserved at the cylinder pulling rod and locking axis for hot air isolated door
