Split Type Semiautomatic Ultrasonic Tube Filling And Sealing Machine
1. Optional to equipped either with the ``STRONG`` (made in Taiwan) Ultrasonic Tube Sealing Machine (20Khz) or with ``RINCO`` (made in Switzerland) Ultrasonic Tube Sealing Machine (20Khz or 35Khz). 2. Suitable for sealinf PE tubes, plastic laminated tubes and/or aluminum laminated tubes. 3. The tube filling device and the tube sealing device are of split design and, therefore, can be operated independently. Wash free filling cylinder and nozzle. 4. Equipped with a safety device, if there is no tube on a tube holder, no filling action will be made. All parts contact with filling materials are made of stainless steel SUS 316. 5. Capable for sealing tubes in diameters from 10 to 50mm (dia.). 6. This machine equipped with variable speed drive motor and a cam controller with 12 working stations. 7. The ultrasonic sealed tube ends will leave no filler residue, no sharp sealing burrs (which may run risk of hand hurt). Due to the short timing heating process, the filler sealed will not get damaged, such as any physical or chemical color or quality change. 8. Yield: 10-30 pcs per minute.
