Rolling Cylinder Automatic Sand Blasting Machine The automatic sand blasting operation is very suitable for small parts which are capable of being impacted, upon operation, just put the work pieces into the rolling cylinder to start the automatic sand blasting operation for automatic control. The standard type is equipped with such functions as fix time sand blasting, automatic stop. Material can be input and output outside of the machine for easy operation thus minimizing powder and dust pollution to the operators. Method for input and output of work pieces: This machine can be divided into two types, e.g., front door input and output type and side door input and output type. Standard rolling cylinder width: 440mm (front door output portable type) and 480mm (side opening fixing type)(other sizes of rolling cylinder are available for selection ). (Optional equipment): No-load blowing device for cleaning work pieces and recycling more sand material. (Optional equipment): Rubber sheathing type rolling cyclinder for fragile work pieces. (Optional equipment): Spraying gun oscillating device to enlarge sand blasting scope and enhance working efficiency. (Optional equipment): Inverter to adjust the revolution of rolling cylinder. Applicability Manual or automatic sand blasting operation for large amount of small work pieces, such as bakelite products, screws, acrylic and plastic parts, bushings, etc.
