Our materials for weaving stainless steel wire mesh (wire cloth)are divided into Type 304, Type 304 L, Type 316 and Type 316 L.Features:1)Type 304:Often referred to as `18-8` (18% chromium, 8% nickel) T-304 isthe basic stainless alloy mostly commonly utilized for wire clothweaving. It withstands outdoor exposure without rusting, and resistsoxidation at elevated temperatures up to 1400oF.Typical applications for this wire cloth include use with chemicals,food products, pharmaceuticals and conditions with exposure to moisture.2)Type 304 L:Type 304 L is very similar to T-304, with the difference beingreduced carbon content;which ensures better weaving and secondarywelding characteristics.3)Type 316:Stabilized by the addition of 2% molybdenum, T-316 is an `18-8` alloy.Type 316 has better resistance to corrosion than other chromium-nickelstainless steels where brine, sulfur-bearing water or halogen salts(such as chlorides) are present.A valuable property of T-316 is its high creep strength at elevated temperatures.Other mechanical properties and fabricating characteristics aresimilar to T-304.Wire cloth woven from T-316 has extensive use in chemical processing,especially when better corrosion resistance is required than for regular chromium-nickeltypes.4) Type 316 L:Type 316 L is very similar to T-316, with the difference beingreduced carbon content;which ensures better weaving and secondarywelding characteristics.Inner packing:According to customers` requirementsOuter packing:According to customers` requirements
