Descriptions:The rotary vaporization drier is a new and high-efficiency fluidity drying equipment,which is researched and developed for the sake of overcoming low-efficiencyand high-consumed static drying by our company. The drier is widely used for dryingof agrochemical, pigment, dyestuff, chemical industry, animal feed, medicineand kinds of intermediates.Principle:Hot air enters into stirring-crushing-drying chamber from the bottom of drier withsuitable atomizing speed. It exerts strong shearing, blowing, floating and rotatingeffects to raw materials. Raw material is granulated through centrifuge, shearing,impacting and friction effect, and strengthens the process of heat exchange.At the bottom of drier, the large and damp granule is crushed under the actionof stirrer, the granule that is small in particle and contains less moisturewill be lifted with revolving air stream. During the period of lifting, it isdried further. Because gas and solid two phases flow in heat exchange, the machinehas strong drying capacity.Features:1) There are many kinds of feeding equipment for selection, and feeding is continuousand static2) Cooling system is equipped at the bottom of drier, where high temperature areais, therefore solves the carbonized and changing color problems of heat-sensitiveraw materials3) Special air pressure sealing equipment and shaft cooling equipment make the lifeof machine longer4) There is special equipment for sharing wind, raising the amount of hot air andbalancing the speed of wind inside5) There are rotational flow pieces inside the drying chamber, it is used to controlthe moisture and granule of raw materials6) Because gas speed at circle inside the drying chamber is high, and the stayingtime of raw material is short, high efficiency and quick speed can be realized
