CASTELLI ROMANI BIANCO D.O.CThis wine is produced with a selection of Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes of our vineyards, located in the area of Castelli Romani D.O.C..The must is vinified without skin and with soft pressing method and is fermented at a controlled temperature of 18.After microfiltration and an adequate maturation the wine is bottled with sterile methods. It has a straw yellow colour, a characteristic and pleasant fragrance and a dry, round taste.To be served with all courses at a temperature of 8 - 10.CASTELLI ROMANI ROSSO D.O.C.This wine is produced from a selection of Sangiovese, Merlot and Montepulciano grapes, cultivated in our vineyards in the area of Castelli Romani doc.The grapes are vinified according to traditional methods. The contact of the skins gives to this wine a ruby red colour with slight violet reflections. Its perfume is vinous and intense and its taste is velvety and harmonious.It matches very well with red meat and venison.To be served at room temperature.
