The structure of this kind of cable is that loose tubes form a complete round cable core.The tube is full of water-proof filling compound for cable.The cable core is wrapped outside by composite water-proof tape and heat-insulated tape.Then one-layer thick aluminium tube is extruded.Outside the aluminium tube is extruded by polythene sheath of high-density and then one-layer or two-layer zinc-plating armoured steel wire is wrapped.The spaces between steel wires are full of pitch.The outside of the steel wire is wrapped by polypropylene rope, then is coated by pitch, at last is wrapped by PVC tape. According to different spot,it is needed that cable should have different tensile-force-resistance.The width and number of the steel wire should also be different.The short-term allowable tensile-resistance force of the cable ranges from 80,000N to 200,000N which can be applied in such situations as spanning ChangJiang River, shallow sea of less 500-meter depth and deep sea etc.The cable is suitable for being coated or mechanically buried undersea.The max. single length of this cable is 50km and the max. number of fiber is 72.
