AUTOMATIC MULTI-COLOR TR/PVC MOULDING MACHINE
1. Injection System: (1). Driven by linear-track allowing speedy moving and precise positioning. (2). The injector movement can be optioned for single or two injection holes by different mould designs. 2. Mould Clamping System:(1). 2-step high-speed mould-clamping system, the clamping force is even to protect and extend mould life. (2). With high clamping force and big mould plate for allowing big size mould to produce various shoe sole, shoe components and other plastic articles. 3. Safety Device: (1). Equipped with safety door, both hand start device, positioning shaft and power-off/pressure maintain device coordinate with complete mechanical and electrical combination to ensure operator, machine and moulds security. 4. Mould Ejector Device: (1). Equipped with upper mould and bottom mould ejector for injected products de-mold easily. It is to solve traditional mould-opening method of hard product removal. 5. Mould carrier unit: (1).Bottom mould is equipped automatic moving function for easily take products and insert parts. (2). Upper mould applying 3 positions (0-90-180) rotary head for producing 1-color, 2-color and 2-color (3 layers) products.(3). Equipped with blowing system to produce light and flexible product. (4). Euipped with mould cooling system to enhance product`s quality and productivity. 6. Control System: (1). Each station works in multi-modes individually with highly flexible production management. (2). Utilizing touch type screen operation with self-diagnosis function to easily monitor and solve problems. (3). Programmable time control to set cooling time, blowing time for making product`s physicality even.
