HyFloat Biological Contact Material

HyFloat biological contact material is an innovative design to provide fluid dynamic rotation and high specific surface area for biological growth in wastewater treatment applications. With the unique design configurations, HyFloat provides more specific surface area for bio-slime attachment than tradition packing media. HyFloat also offers better oxygen transfer and contact by current-driven rotation and high porosity, which can enhance the treatment efficiency. Features: Excellent Biological Growth Packing Media HyFloatR provide more specific surface area for bio-slime attachment and growth. Current driven free rotation also increase the contact and oxygen transfer efficiency. Suspending Distributions The density of media is adjustable so the media is randomly suspended in the water. This unique feature is different from traditional media that commonly float on waste surface. Patented Physical Dynamic Configure Design Linear design to increase contact area and avoid clog. Convenient Installations The installation is easy since the contact material is constructed in separated, light weighted and free supported frame.
