Steam Mixer for SME-V Series
The steam mixer directly injects a steam into a liquid to heat the liquid. It comprises of a steam injection nozzle and a spiral element for diffusion and condensation. As it uses an in-line, spiral element to directly diffuse and condense the steam in the liquid, it completely utilizes the heat capacity of the steam and thus ensures a stable liquid temperature. In addition, it is almost free of the vibration and noise that would occur during steam condensation withe the tank heating system. It is primarily used to generate hot water as thermal catalyst for reactor and thermal exchanger jackets and for cleaning. The steam at a pressure between 0 kg/h to the maximum can be used.
