Roller Conveyor- Type Shot Blast Machine Descriptions: This machine is designed especially for tackling shot blast of large work pieces with flat and long shapes. The maximum work capacity is set to be 150~300kg in a continuous shot blast. Moreover, it is capable of clearing the oxide layer of work piece and the sand on the surface of casting. It is an ideal tool for saving expensive manpower. The procedure, first of all, is placing the work pieces on the roller and then send them into the machine via the rotation of rollers. When the work pieces pass by the starting position for shot blast, they are slowly moved forward within a clearing range where the steel shot are projected with the aid of four sets of high-speed turbine wheels, and then the work pieces are subject to a shot blast.
