This machine is exclusive for sand blasting the work pieces with plan surface, its sand blasting speed is fast and conveying speed can be fine tuned, processing quality is stable, simple and easy operation, also this machine can specify the moving position of the work pieces. Upon operation, just put the work pieces on the conveying belt, set the working conditions for automatic sand blasting, it is just so simple. Depending on the features of products provided by the customer, suitable method for fixing and conveying the work pieces can be designed. The spraying gun is equipped with oscillation device to enlarge the scope of sand blasting thus making the sand blasting operation more even. This machine is fully hermetically sealed processing machine. Sand & water are mixed, so there is no any powder pollution. This unit is equipped with special water pump for mixing. The pump does not rub with sand and water, so the lifetime is much longer. The most special feature of this machine is that it can be used for the surface processing of micro-powder sand of precision work pieces. Applicability For low ignition point work pieces(e.g. Mg alloy, etc.), precision molds, electronic parts, aviation parts, surface processing before plating titanium, circular saw blades & greasy dirty work pieces, etc., and achieve perfect removal of glue spilling or words.
