* Different materials or alloys can be melted by the same poer unit. * To melt the different metals,no adjustment or tuning of capacitors is required. * High efficiency power transmission are offered by the air and water cooled copper bus-bar. * High efficient tuned inverted circuit and micro computer based automatic control. * Opto-couplers are used to isolate the high voltage ciruit from control systems. * The control power can be continuously varied by one knob. * Our load limit design enables continuous 24hours operation. * The power will be maintained at the maximum limit value when it reaches the preset limit. * SCRs are used to rectify the three phase power source, hence the power factor is higher than usual. * All the logic ang analog circuits are housed in dustproof and air-cooled cabinet.
