The transformer is of pan seal structure; its transformer oil is isolated from air,which slows down the oil change. Its surface is processed by electrostaticpainting, and therefore it features a beautiful appearance and anticorrosion. Itadopts a Dupont Nomex paper-based insulation system. In case the transformeris heavily overloaded, its coil insulation will be free from aging and thermalbreakdown, thus maintain admirable electrical and mechanical properties in its serviceperiod. The reengineered coil oil canal decreases hot-spot humidity. Meantimethe radiating surface of reengineered oil tank is increased, which ensuresthe oil is free from aging in cases of serious overloading.
