The manufacturing of pistachio and its sauces is a very ancient art, which still today is practiced by our firm for the preparation of D. O. P. Quality products (DOP is a certification which guarantees the origin of products) , deriving from the area surrounding the capital of Etna pistachio, Bronte. Our pistachio is grown very carefully, with severe growing methodologies. Its typical colour is greenish and its taste is strong and firm. It perfectly meets the Mediterranean cuisine, colouring and enriching several dishes with exotic smells.
