1.The system adopts OLYMPUS long working distance objective with revolving nosepiece imported from Japan (5X 10X 20 and 50X), which is used for observation and inspection on tiny work pieces. 2.The system adopts an optical focus module for elevation measuring ( J ) imported from Japan, which assists the precision of focus within 0.001mm, as well as the doubtless precision on height differences of a normal plane, outer/inner difference of holes and dimensional measurement on a curved surface. 3.Equipped with CCD CAMERA at an ultra high resolution of 410,000 pixels and Y/C separated output signal, the overall distortion of the machine will be reduced. With such perfect combination, the data measured is surely accurate. 4.With the tracing electronic cross-hair generator, human error and inaccuracy due to the width of the cross-hair being reduced to a minimum. 5.The table with X/Y axis at ultra high precision for this machine comes with the U.S. Acu-Rite linear scale at a resolution of 0.001mm; since the linear scale is not easily influenced by ambient temperature; such combination is absolutely capable to increase the precision of measurement. 6.The platform for this machine is based on Grade 0 granite with main shaft of the same material, thus levelness of the base and verticality of the main shaft can be ensured. The granite is featured as being deformation free, high hardness, strong wear-resistance and is less effected by temperature, which makes it capable of ensuring the overall precision for a long time.
