Two way car alarm system is a versatile type which can integrate GPS/GSM for more advanced features. When car being triggered, one way car alarm system has the function of arm and emergency siren. However, vehicle s status can not be reported to the user. For instance, the user could not know whether the door or trunk was opened. Two way car alarm system is very different from one way car alarm system. User can use the remote control to command the vehicle to take action (e.g. Remote engine start.) System will report vehicle status to remote control. The LCD will display vehicle s status immediately on LCD icons. Our two way car alarm is composed by a main board, a transceiver, which will be set in front of the windshield, and a LCD monitor remote control. A car animation model will be shown on LCD monitor to show vehicle s current status. When the vehicle is triggered, main board will send signal to transceiver, then the transceiver will send signal to LCD remote control so that the user could see what happened to the car. At the same time, the car model on the LCD screen will display icons to show car status. Users can take action according to icons.
