We are next to Refiner`s mandate seller who can offer you minimum 200,000 MT per month x 12 months.Quantity: 500,000 mt per month x 12 months with extensionsOrigin: RussianPrice: USD285 / MTCommission: Seller side (closed) , buyer side USD2.00 per MTPayment terms:THE PAYMENT of ONE (1) month CARGO VALUE in the form of STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT (SBLC) or Bank Guarantee (BG) from Top 25 PRIME BANK.The SBLC or BG will remain in the Seller`s Bank for GUARANTEE PAYMENT AND the TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER (TT) OR SWIFT WIRE TRANSFER within SEVEN (7) Banking days after delivery at Unloading Port upon presentation of Full Set of Shipping Documents as per Contract.** Payment by Transferable (or Non-Transferable) DLC for monthly delivery is also acceptable.Summary Procedure:1. Buyer accepts/returns SOFT CORPORATE OFFER (SCO) by duly signing and sealing the offer by issuance of it`s official Letter of INTENT (LOI) with banking coordinates.2. Seller to issue the FULL CORPORATE OFFER (FCO). Buyer accepts the FCO by duly signing the offer and returning to the Seller, together with the Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with Full banking details and permission for Soft Probe.3. Seller sends Draft Contract to the Buyer.4. Both parties sign and exchanged contract pledge into their respective Banks5. RWA (MT799) from Buyer`s Bank by SWIFT to Seller`s Bank confirming readiness of Buyer to the above mentioned commodity, quantity and value and commitment to issue the issue Non-Operative Bank Guarantee (BG) within 72 hours upon receiving Authentic POP (Proof of Product) from Seller`s bank.6. Buyer`s bank issue Non-Operative SBLC, BG or Fully Funded LC.7. Seller will issue 2% Performance Bond to the Buyer that will activate the SBLC / BG.8. Contract Delivery begins.
