Apple pectin is a polymeric carbohyarate,which is a natural component of the cell wall and the middle lamella in all green land plants,hence,it has an important influence on the structural properties of fruits and vegetables.Commercial apple pectin is white ,light yellow or yellow colour powder without odour.We have a GMP certified extract factory to produce all kinds of herbal extract.
