Stainless Steel Micro Pressure Gauge
Applications: Used on pharmaceutical industry, leakage tests, filter and status monitoring, gas generation, container contents measures and laboratory applications, etc. The MP-SUS&MP-SC are well suited for low-pressure measurements. Their sensing element is a capsule made of two stainless steel laser-weld diaphragms. The MP-SUS is used on corrosive gases in a harsh environment. The MP-SC is used on clean, non-corrosive gases. Dial Size: 4``(Model No.: MP-SUS4`` or MP-SC4``) 6`` is available (MP-SUS6`` or MP-SC6``) Case & Ring: 304 stainless steel with polished stainless steel bayonet ring Hermetically sealed per ASME B40.3 Window: Clear laminated glass (plastic or stainless steel bayonet ring) Pointer: Aluminum, black finish Dial: Single scale standard, white aluminum with black marking & graduations (dual scale is available) Movement: Brass (316 SS is available) Connection: 1/4``NPT or 1/2``NPT for 4``dial size; 1/2``NPT for 6``dial size Accuracy:+/-2.5% and +/-1.6% of full scale Mounting: Bottom entry standard (back entry is available) Zero reset: Zero adjustment through dial (for errors which do not exceed 10% of full range, the zero screw is located on the dial) Range: From -600~0~+600 mbar (single scale is standard). Positive/negative pressure or compound-transient overpressure allowed 30% of full scale. Operating Temperature for fluid: -20~+100C for MP-SUS; -20~+45C for MP-SC Hydraulic connection:316 SS for MP-SUS; Brass for MP-SC Pressure element: Capsule 316 stainless steel (for MP-SUS or MP-SC) capsule bronze (only for MP-SC) Other dials/ranges(e.g.mmH2O, kpa, mmAq, etc.)and connection sizes available upon request.
