Sunon Power Motor Fan is designed with a motor in radial winding structure. The stator is equipped with optimized silicon steel sheets to introduce low magnetic resistance and loss. A precise magnetic circuit is designed, enabling the rotor to generate powerful magnetic force and enhancing its interaction with the permanent magnet embedded in the impeller. Thereby, the torsion is increased and the motor design can deliver super high airflow and high torsion. An electronic control circuit protects the motor from overheating in continuous operation, ensuring extended motor lifespan. Sunon Power Motor Fan for servers is designed with a circular central hub to work with a streamlined impeller. As compared to general fans with more rigid hub structure, it creates smoother piloting and receives more air inlet. In these fans a unique booster frame is used, with its curved surface and dipping angle fitting into the air channel. In fans where no such a booster frame is available, the wind is discharged straight ahead. However, the wind collected by the curved surface is blown out collectively. Therefore, the static pressure is increased to cool clustered servers in dense configurations.
