Working PrincipleThe bottles are sent onto the chain plate from the previous production line, arrangedin equal intervals by distance adjusting device and enters the optical sensorarea. The roll labeler controlled by stepping motor, upon receipt of signal,will automatically and accurately affix the label onto the bottle. The other setof optical sensors will restrict the dispensing of next label in time. With thebottles continuously fed, the labels are correctly affixed to the bottles. Afterthe rolling wheel presses the labels, the bottles will be automatically sent out,thus ending the labeling process.V. Working Flow1. Installs the label correctly according to the figure and adjust the height of differentparts;2. Checks if the label for correct position;3. Adjust the position of bottle-stopping lever and label rolling plate;4. Turns on the power, switch on the optical switch; printing requires 15min warmingup;5. Turns on the motor and label-dispensing switch and test labeling; in case of anyabnormity, shoot it;6. Adjust the labeling height;7. Confirms no malfunction exists and starts production;8.
