We use both individually quick freezing (IQF) method and block freezing method for the protection of the freshness.Our general sizes for sea bass and sea bream are 200-300 g, 300-400 g and 400-600 g for whole and gutted ones. Our sizes for sea bass and sea bream fillets are 40-70 g, 70-100 g, 100-140 g and 140-180 g. For rainbow trout our general sizes are 180-200 g, 200-220 g, 220-240 g and 240-260 g.
