In 2005/2013, our company inked partenership with a Jinan/Chongqing Welding Machine Company for producing and exporting stud welding machines. One type is inverter stud welder, and the other is thyristor stud welder. They are suitable for welding various kinds of shear studs, shear connectors and welding studs. Meanwhile, they can do through deck welding. They are widely applied in fields of high-rise building construction, bridge construction, structural steel construction and boiler refractory fabrication etc.

Our company always emphasize the quality of products, including bolts, nuts, shear connectors, welding studs and stud welding machines etc. The quality control starts from the selection of raw material supplier. Each in-coming material is inspected. The production department will not use any components or material until they pass the inspection. Meanwhile, all operators are trained before working. The production is according to standard production process and relevant regulations. After the production is finished, the quality department will test the product. Until every point passed the inspection, the products can be sent out from the factory.
