Description:  How to use:
1) Remove the back paper
2) Place the iron-on onto the garment; press with an iron or heat presser at a temperature
of 120-180 degrees centigrade for 20-30 seconds. For best results, press
the reverse side of the garment. Do not use steam of steam hole
3) We recommend that you place a piece of white paper between front and back of the
garment to prevent it from sticking together
4) Allow the garment to cool for 10 minutes, and then slowly remove the plastic film
from the garment
