E-glass knitted mat is made from chopped fiberglass strands randomly dispersed and laid on a roving matrix and knitted together with organic fibers. It is used primarily in RTM, filament winding and hand lay-up processes. Typical products include pipes, storage tanks, wind generator blades and other FRP products.Features:1) Even thickness, high wet tensile strength retention, no strand interlockingand low distortion2) Directional properties and strengths, equal to woven roving3) Flexibility to design different fiber structures4) Very little material required to achieve maximum tensile strength propertiesUnless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and rainproof area. It is recommended that room temperature between 10 and 35°C and humidity between 30% and 85%.Each roll is winded onto a paper tube and then wrapped up with plastic film, which can be packed in a cardboard box or wrapped up with kraft paper. The rolls are to be horizontally placed. Rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.
