The pay-off stand is driven byindividual DC motor; they can be worked synchronies with drum twiststand. Through the phase detecting device regulation, laying-up processfor making sector cable become easily. The pay-off cores tension is controledby pneumatic device. The take-up stand adopts wheel-up structure and itenhances the rigidity and steady.
