The machine is quite suitable for the small and medium-sized printing plantsas well as the printing houses of offices, universities and colleges alsofor binding small batches of books in large-sized printing plants. It is designedfor perfect binding and can be used also for the thread-sewn block covering.The machine has five block clamps. Its working processes include feeding bookblock manually, jogging, back milling, slotting, side gluing, back gluing, covercreasing, covering and supporting and spine-pressing. Thus the perfect bindingof paper-bound books is accomplished.The machine can be provided, at the request of the user, with a lint suckingdevice, a lint storage device as well as a waste gas discharging device forthe hot-melt glue.
