Folding Machine with Electric Knives
It is an automatic folio-folding machine combined with buckle and electric-controlledknife with sheet pile feeding system. Parallel folding can be operated twotimes with the buckle plates using ZYHD670A folding machine. Parallel folding canbe operated four times with the buckle plates using ZYHD670B folding machine.Its mode of folding includes parallel fold, concertina fold and letter fold. Verticalfolding can be operated three times in combination of the buckle plates andthe knives. Perforating, creasing and slitting can also be operated during foldingprocess as required. The third vertical folding can be operated for negativefolding as required by setting the negative folding function.Electric-controlled knife is controlled by independent servomotors. It is low noise,stable performance.Electric control system adopts PMAC from the U.S.A and man-machine interface.
