FEATURES: All new Europe type WEIGHT: 0.8~100ton DESCRIPTION This type of device is a basic component element with an appearance pleasant to eyes that is convenient for packing and delivery, while reserved hold position of component installation can be easily combined to other types of device such as mono-rail, double-rail and low headroom types, etc.; a hoisting with the single wire rope can reach 6.3 tons and, further, a 0.8~100 tons of hoisting can be generated in accommodating with each number of falls; there are six drums with different diameters and length that can be applied to an extensive scope of lift. (1)Up and Down Limit: A Worm type limit with accurate precision and high reliability can be easily regulated and repaired and maintained. (2)Overload Protection (option): A mechanical overload protector which is made of high strength disk spring, with its strong safety, high stability, good sensitive and a wide adjustable scope that can be applied to machines with different capacity. (3)Wire Rope: Five-time safe factor featuring a strong tension resistance that results in an uneasy collapse and can stand to bear the bending fatigue, and the lubrication can prevent rust. A DC disk brake while the brake lining can reach 10000 times under a normal application, and it can bring accuracy, sensitive, high safety, good radiation, easy adjustment, durability and high strength of structure while having a connection with the motor. (3)Wire Rope: Five-time safe factor featuring a strong tension resistance that results in an uneasy collapse and can stand to bear the bending fatigue, and the lubrication can prevent rust.
