Malleable Cast Iron Pipe Fittings
The casting facility has disamatic 2013 mk4 pres pour and main frequency melting furnace, sand preperation, core-making, fettling, heat treatment, galvanizinig, thread cutting, laboratories and pattern making departments. Td fittings are produced according to ISO 49 and en 10242standarts designated with symbol a.Basic fittings threads are joining threads, where ISO 7-1 applies. International threads are parallel(rp) and external threads are 1:16 taper(r). Threads which are fastening threads according to ISO 228/1, are marked with g on the symbol picture.Fittings are provided in black or hot dip galvanized finish, covered with a preservative for temporary prevention of rust film. The zinc coating is not less than 500gr/m2 which corresponds to a medium layer thickness of 70 microns.Dimentions from 1/4inc. To 2inc. Are available.Packing consists of 36 boxes measuring 36*24*21cm placed on a pallet measuring 80*120cm
